Welcome to the Ringaskiddy Waste-to-Energy Facility planning application site.

This website has been developed by Indaver to make publicly available all documentation associated with the planning application for the proposed Ringaskiddy Waste-to-Energy Facility.

The planning application is being made to An Bord Pleanála in accordance with the Planning and Development (Strategic Infrastructure) Act 2006.

Indaver is seeking planning permission for an integrated waste-to-energy (WTE) facility at Ringaskiddy. It includes industrial hazardous/non-hazardous and municipal facilities, both within the same building, but as totally separate processes.

Indaver has formally responded to An Bord Pleanala's request for additional information on the waste-to-energy facility. Significant additional information was submitted on August 3rd 2010 and is in the form of an addendum to the original Environmental Impact Statement.
